World Constitution Fund was established in Trondheim in 1986 as one of the foundations promoting the science of wholeness
and our enterprice and by the name of World Peace Fund. Several independendt foundations by the same name was established
as World Peace Fund Norway and World Peace Fund Sweden and with vice presidents in Norway, Sweden, USA, India and for different
universities as for Oslo, Trondheim and Tromsø etc. Vice presidents role has been to represent different standardised routines
only and President Dhananjaya, in 1986 Stein Roar Andersen is the only one with indepth knowledge of the entire enterprise.
Around 1990 the universal law of global cooperation was established as World Constitution and why it gives us a orgional and
good name, World Constitution Fund is now the most used name for our foundations. The Constitution of Norway protects humanitarian
foundations as also verified by the law of Norway, giving taxfreedome accordingly. There has been a recent chance of laws
for foundations in Norway and we was perfectly adjusted to the last, where registration and extra administration and resourches
was not needed for foundations with less than 50,000 kr and we made it a policy not to have more as well and has established
1008 foundations. We have reportet to authorities in Norway (stiftelsestilsynet) the presence of these foundations and they
agree that the demands of the new laws does not exist for older humanitarian foundations. Rule of the constitution of Norway
as well! While last law gave freedom from registration, except for of course we are publishing every news, and the constitution
says that humanitarian foundations should go to their own purposes, not that of administration of government, we have reportet
to the autyhorities that we excist still by last law!
World Constitution is the declaration of New Fundamental Human Rigth and Duty and proclamation of the constitution of
pure, universally acceptable, non - political and - religious world democracy as well as representing the freedom, independence
and integrity of each person, each and everyone of us. This integrity of a person is his personal world constitution, how
he is integrated in the world, including the constitution of the universe and psycophysiologicalsocialecological constitution
of a person.

world democracy as any national constitution is about the freedom and independence of the country, world constitution is about
the freedom and independence of our global homeland by the citizens and the freedom and independence of the citizen
or all persons in the world is therefore what world constitution is about.

own integrity and this is all about the integrity of each and one of us on different levels as physical, psychological, spiritual,
social and ecological integrity and the union of your integrity on different levels is your health and constitutes, the health
of the world.

This represents universal values of upholding global co-operation between citizens to ensure the
freedom and independence of the individual, the people of the world. The universal law of global cooperation between citizens
of the world to uphold a global safety net for all, was developed during the eighties and formulated by these articles during
the nineties by several independent and humanitarian foundations as Independent University Foundation and Universitas Week
established January 1980 by the founder of the science of wholeness, Rajananand Dhananjaya, then known as Stein Roar Andersen
(up to 2004). As humanitarian foundations the values of the enterprise shared with the people of the world by the foundations
within the concept of pure, non-political world democracy is protected by the constitution of Norway, within its statement
that the values of mild (humanitarian) foundations should be for the foundations own goals. During the 25 years many books,
magazines, patents, architectural drawings for the enterprise is published and according to the rule, those is disposed by
the people of the world by the many foundations, all by Dhananjaya as President or by the democracy governing universal cooperation
between the citizens of the world to realize New Fundamental Global Order or fulfilling the 7 themes of Universitas Week.
Both by the constitution of Norway and World Constitution we here introduce, selling these
values or sharing them with other interests has not and is not accepted. However, there by foundations is agreed that developing
the concept and allowing limited economic use of the intellectual property of the citizens of the world, as far as use for
own purposes is not disturbed, is possible and many stock companies are prepared, but not established for this. Dhananjays
own apartment by drawing disposed likewise is accepted within the logic of disposing the values with flexibility but without
compromising the access of the people of the world to these values. The Constitution represents only universal acceptable
values as free a minimum of food, clothing and housing, free information, free participation in pure, non-political democracy
and cultural expressions of the unification of world society. That it is non-political means that all participating in the
co-operation is equal to everyone else, the values shared are a free minimum and no one decides what others should do. The
democracy is communication also in how to participate in the minimum of universal co-operation to receive or produce these
values and finally the defined values as presented in the following is the only values to be produced, the co-operation is
not going to serve any other interests than the defined, common universal values.
Global Bank as an initiation of
the realisation of New Fundamental Economical World Order is given economic opportunities as stock companies likewise and
the governing board should be possible to be governed by world democracy by more than 51% of the stocks in the company with
own rules not compromising all the values World Constitution represents. Dhananjaya so far is the only person knowing the
rules or understanding the depths of what must be adapted to at all time, and he is the only one with position to agree to
sharing values with stock companies, universities, governments etc. with first duty to see to that values are not lost representing

The
Global Voice of Conscience of New Fundamental Global Order
is the internal system of communication of the universal
co-operation of New Fundamental Human Right and Duty governing the development of global co-operation and expressing world
opinion in important question as well as any opinion by New Fundamental Information, Communication, Research and Education
Order. Its basis is the reference centre of the Library of the Unity of Science where everyone openly can register any opinion
and invite others to join in. The government of the universal co-operation is more like everyone communicating how to share
responsibility for what priority of action they want to uphold, strictly within the area of universal co-operation, one is
upholding as an independent, global system, not competing with anyone or to be taken to represent any other interest than
those defined as universal global responsibility of the Science of Wholeness Enterprise. The independence of the individual
is the freedom of the universal co-operation, independence from others opinions as well, and of course a minimum of housing,
clothing and food as New Fundamental Economical World Order, adds the dignity of freedom, too. If this is produced by universal
co-operation or a minimum income is given by the global digital currency of World Peace Fund’s World Peace Bank / The
Global Bank to give everyone free a minimum income, is still to be seen and is work in progress, applications under consideration.
The new currency may be upheld by universal co-operation of democratic control covering a minimum income for all. However,
this is meant to be a part of universal co-operation to produce the values as well, so the Bank represents initiation of New
Fundamental Economical World Order. There may be 2 or 3 different sums for instance equal to 5 US $ a day for each by control
of reception of money and more for those producing food in environmental cities of our global homeland. The sum may also be
balanced by the strength of national currency where a tax may give money to buy land whether upheld outside or inside a country.

as shareholder or owner of the company may be seen as a company investment policy into that platform of success the whole

accepted by all countries has many good balances promoting world prosperity development on all levels. A new communication
order can integrate a global new, digital currency, if found acceptable by us and others, be a digital one, giving everyone
free a minimum income by joining in to uphold global co-ordination to give the value of the new order. It is everyone in the
whole world who is supposed to decide this, but before everyone is informed or has joined in,, Stein Roar Andersen / (Rajanananda
up to recently, now) Rajananand Dhananjaya, by the Constitution of World Democracy represents everyone by the foundation and
its values, so that no group interests starts corrupting the universal and scientific principles, taking the values to represent
them, not the common interests of mankind. As any Constitution, the purpose is to establish the universally acceptable principles
and to protect the organisation and its members for abuse of corrupt representation of the whole, here world society in universal
co-operation.

Article 1 The freedom and independence of the world is founded by the freedom and independence of the
individual. This global freedom is based on everyone's respect for the foundation of everyone's fundamental human right(s)
to enjoy a minimum of normal, pure and healthy food and water, a free personal place to stay and live and free access to the
knowledge needed to be well educated, know the paths of right action and responsibilities (human duties) to achieve success
in life. The fulfilment of this human right, global freedom can only be by most people participating in a universal system
of sharing these values and information of how not to be damaging others freedom. This new fundamental human right and duty
is a non-political, non-religious, - a non-violence global universal co-operation without corruption or other goals than those
of upholding this new foundation for peace and harmony, freedom, achievements, growth and development, fulfilling for the
individual and society on all levels. The Royal Principle of World Peace; that all of us living on this beautiful planet of
ours must stay and grow together, achieve fulfilment together is based on adding this new foundation to world society outside
the differences of economy, military, politics, intellectual understanding, religion etc. New Fundamental Human Right and
Duty represents that we together uphold global, universal co-operation to give 4 values alone: New Fundamental Economical
World Order, a minimum of housing, clothing and food free for those joining in first, when established everywhere, for everyone.
New Fundamental Information, Communication, Research and Education Order (a common library of the Unity of Science, available
for everyone by the Science of Wholeness Enterprise and Peace Faculties of Comparative Research Study to be independently
established by the co-ordination of universal co-operation. The Global Voice of Conscience, pure and global democracy or communication
by this book as well as: The Revolution of Science ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF THE UNITY OF SCIENCE Together for Peace (86) by Stein
Roar Andersen. He introduces this Science of Wholeness Enterprise and its scientific principles as the basis of global integration
and unification, - a universal and independent organisation of global, pure co-operation to govern in freedom how everyone
choose to join in within the simplest realisation of these common and universal goals of mankind and foundation for the fulfilment
of world civilisation. World opinion can be expressed as a guide for governments and others. Classic Culture Celebration with
the capital city of the world (World Capital) as a cultural meeting point for the fulfilment of world society, classic culture,
a new tradition to integrate and purify all classical traditions of the world and celebrations to enjoy global unification
around the year, around the world. Rajananand Dhananjaya as the founder and knower of reality is given a royal position to
protect the enterprise unto world democracy governs; title Maharaja or Rajan of the World. Maharaja / Rajan indicates a royal
position and initiative given by the challenge of time and the responsibility of seeing the opportunity and duty, but is just
an example of the role of the individual in world society, by position and universal responsibility and means, king, the one
for the whole world! (As a name however, of course it is a used name by many and consider just a life supporting sound!) As
example of the majestic position of the individual, but Stein Roar Andersen / Rajananand Dhananjaya is also representing within
the co-ordination and pure democracy everyone by number which is not yet partaking in the democracy. He enjoys all those votes
when decisions are taken by the democracy! Anyone can join in without changing society, culture etc. as such, we just want
to add the freedom of the individual and his opportunities to integrate the best of knowledge in the development of society.
Its co-ordinating functioning is non-political and upholds a co-ordinating organisation within universal development of a
global co-ordinating network of free individuals. This was the preliminary edition of article one of 5 of the universal law
of global co-operation; World Constitution, still so complete that you can relate to it as the foundation for global, universal
co-operation.
Article 2 To uphold global, universal co-operation accordingly everyone is welcome to join in as a co-ordinator
equal to any other co-ordinator, representing his pure position as co-ordinator and no other interests of his own, or others,
a business, etc. - except those interest refereed in the library of the unity of science, where any "books" or information
can be a part of the reference centre. All co-ordinating activity should be given priorities in relation to developing the
foundation of freedom as a whole and as Universities week program. When first priorities as far as possible are fulfilled
there is possible to choose how to join in by new fundamental human right and duty within the scientific and cultural enterprise
as a whole. Before global realisation at least 1/3 of the time and resources should be dedicated to growth, welcoming new
citizens to join in as co-ordinators as everyone else and preparing this as an opportunity according to both new fundamental
human duty and right and coordinator is the main functioning of the democracy, functioning voting. The reference centre is
there so everyone can define activities according to priorities and choose how to join in according to the system of communication
presented at page 42-49 in the book The Revolution of Science ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF THE UNITY OF SCIENCE. (#)
As founder,
Rajananand is the only one by his royal position to decide any other activities than the universal co-operation in order to
initiate and accelerate the growth of participants to realise a true world democracy by most citizens of world society. This
may include establishing Ltds but of course with at least 50% of the shares by World Peace Fund and with 10-20 years profit
potential, but still not giving away that the co-operation is growing towards complete freedom, for instance free information
for citizens by the Library of the Unity of Science, while Ltds might develop subscriptions now costing 1200 $ and so at least
for 10 years with compensation and possibilities for earning a basic subscription for persons in countries where the amount
is a "fortune" or difficult by joining the week program alone. No one other than Rajananand or later by world democracy of
90% of world population should enjoy this right to decide agreements to reach everyone as soon as possible. Rajananand can
do so either as President of World Peace Fund (independent charity foundation and administration of the promotion of the enterprise
of Independent University Foundation) or private by royal position, of course within the truth: the enterprise belongs to
the world, by Rajananands and others gift to mankind and by this constitution and others contributions.
Article 3
The world citizens uphold legislative power by giving direction to the universal co-operation and when most citizens stay
together (90%) laws can be given, for instance to control the freedom and independence of the library of the unity of science
as reference centre, in as many ways as possible, standards for a minimum of clothing, housing or food or global money and
bank, how to uphold democracy in its purest form etc. One question is that global democracy should not interfere with national
integrity, however, the reference centre might both be used for national election as well as debate even presenting pure national
democracy for the Global Land of Environmental Cities if developed. Everyone's participation is expected to be free, without
personal involvement except for co-ordinating duties, because the global goals are universal and non political founded as
the science of wholeness enterprise and this is the interest of the union of world society, whit protection of the interests
of the individual in this co-operation. The co-operation is based on the simplest possible participation in universal co-operation.
If someone intend to take a path outside the simplest without mistakes, by the reference centre, laws can be given to protect
the universal co-operation from being involved and the integrity of those joining in, their interest in not being represented
by anything but the universal co-operation, with no other than the defined universally acceptable goals, rules or laws and
co-operation of this Constitution.
Article 4 Judging whether there exists disagreement of the freedom and integrity
concerning other interests than those of universal co-operation within the co-ordinating network, is done by a sufficient
number making it a first priority for everyone on the local, national or global level as a question for global democracy to
consider within the duty hours where everyone can register their opinion. If someone demands that a question of co-ordination
should be considered by the democracy as something competing with the purity and one pointed growth towards the goals of universal
co-operation, then the questioned activity must stop unto accepted by 95% on a global level if it is a principle of the activity
which is a question of not harmonising with established activities, unless decided by the royal position of the founder, not
to be shared by anyone else. All questions of such doubt of new activities established anyone can raise questions about in
a reference centre for the democracy within our library and published by the reference centre as network communication. Laws
should be agreed to regulate this on all steps of development in order to protect the purity and freedom of the minimum acceptable
principles of the co-ordination to grow, achieve progress and enjoy fulfilment together. FREEDOM TO DO WHATEVER NATURAL STEPS
OF PROGRESS REPRESENTS AND FROM HAVING TO UPHOLD NOTHING BUT A MINIMUM ACTIVITIES OF NEW FUNDAMENTAL GLOBAL ORDER is everyone's
right to protect as a common safety net for all, as a co-ordinator, defender of world peace. We are not speaking of application
of the reference centre for any purpose organised as basic subscription and editor functioning, everyone can enjoy by the
library of the Unity of Science and the Global Times subscription business, which is a free information system for the purposes
of those using it. When The Global Times is a business organisation where any business may freely compete, contributions to
the library of the unity of science is free and ours, however, taking money for organising access to the information is what
the business is reduced to and to be regulated by companies as suggested! However laws must be integrated, for instance, pictures
of a free reference centre must be by those in a picture giving acceptance to reproduction perhaps and communication against
good standards of common sense as violent pornography, must be balanced by laws or by discrimination to uphold freedom also
from others impurities and in respect for everyone!
Article 5 These articles are not to be changed in order to protect
the freedom of the participant from creating anything than that which is agreed upon, so his participation is not abused to
serve other interests. This also to safeguard the independence and universal foundation for world democracy, peace and fulfilment
so it is universally acceptable. No new direction to activity must be given unless 99% of world population is behind it in
freedom or Rajananand as a knower of reality can include it according to the spirit and principles of the enterprise as a
whole. Any disagreeable or questionable activity is everyone's duty to report to the reference centre and co-ordinating unit
with responsibility for presenting questions for the Global Voice of Conscience to give guidance in direction of global freedom.
No one should have any decision making position other than that of a co-ordinator, but founder Rajananand. Welcoming others
by Universities week arrangement, subscriptions, etc. is a first priority activity. Unifying world society is a royal approach
and the royal we, everyone is welcome to enjoy by the Royal Principle of World Peace and as we are travelling around the sun.
In the explosion of information as Internet, TV etc. the Library of the Unity of Science controlled by the global democracy
can ensure reliability and freedom in this vital foundation for world development, exploded as "the information age" without
democratic and science of wholeness principles that is up to date as this Constitution. Global Land everywhere either by this
Constitution or partly by suggested national union constitutions (own countries with constitution perhaps like that of Norway) to solve national problems around the world could
be integrated in the Constitutions domain of non-political values of our global homeland if everyone agrees and/or Rajananand
finds it an acceptable agreement. Of all references of the library there should be routines for control beyond doubt both
by computer routines and by regular duty check by everyone and written archives/library. We suggest 3 independent levels of
supercomputers to control and register everything within Global Intranet as fulfilment of the potential of Internet. Democratic
control is advised by groups of 1008 persons controlling collectively by meetings written references by the participation
in the democracy and reference centre of the members of the group and how this is registered by all groups of 1008 Each group
of 1008 citizen of the world unit is dived in 9 groups of 108 + 36 persons divided in groups of 4 one for each of the 9 groups
of 108, and the 4 have one 5th person and leader, elected within and by the group of 108. 28 groups of 36 gives a union of
28 groups of 1008 citizen of the world units and this is repeated within the new units of represent citizen of the world units
to give only 7-8 new groups which may meet together in order to uphold democratic control of everything by personal checking
alone. The different positions are shared with systems of control by random and are different each time. Personal and democratic
control of information on all levels is most important The representatives should chance so all may become one from time to
time in a new group of 1008 with the same system. There was suggested another organisation, but the principle is above and
the same here! These for systematic democratic control by checking routines also to be upheld by all. We suggest building
one house or environmental city with 1008 rooms, one room for each citizen, which the citizen of the group owns as a second,
third or first home and have land producing food for these persons by universal co-operation as a seat for the persons role
in the democracy of the world. Democratic control meetings may be arranged together with a festival and take perhaps 2 hours
a month! There should be written archives all over the world and also by each co-ordinator for everything on computer with
free access for everyone, checking what he found in the computer reference centre or by personal contact, regularly and in
order to ensure that no organisation are chancing or controlling anything, which is very important to be aware of as a danger
of corruption with huge national organisation, multinational concerns etc. Everyone wanting to add should within universal
co-operation have 4 witnesses upholding their own archives with this assistance as duty and other matters to be regularly
controlled by routines on the local and global level, so in no tricky way it should be possible to abuse the reference centre
from any point of view. This above is the second preliminary constitution to be perfected and protected, preliminary but unchangeable
unto 90% of world population verify or chance it as educated co-ordinators after upholding the order a few years!
The
Rajan 9th level of kingship represents the freedom and independence of the citizen of the world and a balancing power to ensure
that smaller groups as a nation is does not take the democracy to represents group interests even that of a billion citizens
or may be the group of more wealthy people. It is therefore a natural logical functioning of realizing the union of the world,
but is not political in competition to national governments and sovereignty of countries, as far as the freedom and independence
of the citizens is respected within the concept of independence of the 4 values of the constitution. The kingship or special
royal position is needed in order to have balance for the natural tendency groups have to favour their own interests, not
the interest of the world as a whole, all citizens, the people of the world. It is a great joy to have given this perfect
opportunity for the whole world to enjoy fulfilment of world development, world constitution.; Rajananand

We welcome everyone to respect
and support our union of the world or global homeland based on only universally acceptable values. Let’s go together
integrating a perfect safety net for all citizens in the world and our surroundings. Accelerating prosperity development integrating
only safe technology for the environment may create a safe and healthy planet within no time at all and world poverty be removed
within weeks as a world problem and shame for us all.
It is fun and a personal challenge and more like building the
capital city of the world, a symbol of the true values of our global homelands union. The stock companies we develop is like
this in order not to compromise the discussed integrity of values: A company is established with the concept of developing
the values of business borrowed and those investing money, time or perhaps their entire business, which may be a good idea
for newspapers by Global Times and integrated world business growth, integrated growth. They may be able to earn an agreed
sum of money from the developed business within a time period (10 years for instance) with further developments, but the enterprise
owns the product and outside business within universal cooperation may use the products. Then others may invest in a new company
or bay products or business rights, again organised so the people of the world owns the values and those in may earn an agreed
sum of money, generously even perhaps with perhaps 1008% profit potential related to invested money or resources and when
paid the business is the free property of the people of the world. May be negotiated. Understanding there is too for those
interested to go on after enjoyed their profit in on one stage of development, to be able to join in developing next stage,
next company. For instance is this natural by our mobile phone, digital currency cash, computer and internet phone agreements,
that the group using it, most people, controls the company and owns the values, when those taking risks has been well played.
Agreements of profit may be competition like, as several or as many as like to, get an agreement to compete building the knowledge
pyramid and proved an business opportunity and even with a time limit, without success no ownership of profit potential to
hinder the world from further developments and integration. Global Bank and reference centre for business may even suggest
having most industries and businesses integrated in the whole world like this with environmental balance by the global voice

It is a great
joy to present the opportunity of time to take world development into fulfilment, rather than the socialecologicalphasetransitioncollaps

Studentenes Innovasjons Universitet konsept for ukentlig eller daglig nyskapnings
tv program fra en eller alle tv kanaler, med en hovedkanal. Tema integrert vekst og faktisk etablering.
50% av aksjene uansett til stiftelsen,
10% til TV selskapet og 40% til andre hvor oppfinner får en Royalty inntil et vist beløp x av 50% av inntektene, y av 10%
av inntektene etter det og z innen1% av inntektene. Folk får mulighet til å bestille aksjer ved nyetableringen hvor hver aksje
koster kun 10 kr + gebyr 2 kr, b aksjer for forenklet administrasjon! Gebyret skal dekke konstituerende generalforsamling

sitt første gang og også eksperter som kan søke på lignende patenter. Uansett hvor dum ideen må være kan man få en artig og
interessant debatt og om patent virker eller ikke blir det satt i gang og utlyst konkurranse om å finne en bedre patent for
samme problem, om patent presenterer har dum patent med ok problem, kan ha være med i selskapet som integrerer flere og flere
patenter for løsning av samme problem både i forhold til teknisk løsning og sett av løsninger for kunnskap og know how pyramider
hvor patent presentert er kun en del. For eksempel en har funnet løsningen på bremser i bil, hvorfor ikke ta å lage en patentpyramide
å bygge opp den beste bilen også i forhold til andre løsninger for bil og i forhold til miljøet. Hver patentholder får generelle

man får 3 minutter på tv til å vise at man har en teknisk løsning man kan nytte 5 minutter til på å presentere, 3 minutter
etter programleders introduksjon av kategori. Man får innlevere ideen kryptert i begynnelsen av uken med dokumentasjon av
at man får 3 minutter på direkten i panel hvor alle skriver under med, krypteringsnøkkelen gies etter presentert på tv og
om man vil kan man få gå igjen med et team før tv programmet ens presentasjon for enten at teamet beviser at man vil dumme
seg ut eller assisterer med å påvise hva som er viktig å si og kanskje hvordan. Der vil alltid være tid for lite, da programmets
tema er nyutvikling og undersøking av hva som er samfunnets problem pyramide og hvordan kunnskapspyramide dannelsen løser
problemene, altså alle problem inklusive økonomi, markedsføring, miljøspørsmål, produksjons moral i forhold til samfunnsøkonomi
og naturressurser etc. Kartlegging av hvilke selskap som kan være interessert i å føre ideen videre og integrere den i sitt
virke, gjerne alle er også en god ide. Har man den beste bremsen, hvorfor skal ikke alle bilprodusenter benytte nettopp den,
det er i folks interesse med fri konkurranse på dette nivå. Universitetet håper å få med alle tv produsenter verden rundt
på å arrangere slike program og har biblioteket for enheten av vitenskap som referansesenter som kan bli verdens referansesenter
for all nyskapning, slik at registrert her vil man øyeblikkelig ved katalogiseringssystemet så å si, være offentlig tilgjengelig
først registrert verden rundt. For å ha slik verdi globalt må naturligvis vårt krypteringssystem være globalt, slik at der
sendes krypteringspresntasjoner uken før verden rundt for kontrollrutiner, som for globalt demokrati og global bank. TV programmet
vil slik bli selve katalysatoren for akselerering av velstandsutviklingen ved å være en del av integrert vekst korreleringer
ved det helhetsvitenskapelige fakultet med 4 institutter av komparativ forskning studie ved Integrert Vekst Fakultet vi også
innbyr alle universitet til å opprette. Sekretariatet bør ha et nettverk av eksperter på økonomi da en dyktig oppfinners rolle
ikke er å gjøre seg selv til økonom, da utfordringene i moderne økonomi krever et vidt spekter av kompetanse det tar lang
tid å utvikle. Det synes som man skal kontrolleres og bli underkastet kremmer prostitusjon, mens man skal aldri gjøre noe
for penger, men ha ekte hensikter og naturlig glede av utfoldelse av talent og skaper trang. Verden trenger å bli bygget meget
bedre enn i dag og tekniske løsninger som kontrolleres og økonomisk utbyttes er hva som er rådende, løsninger som ødelegger
verden, verden trenger å heve seg over slik grådig fattigdoms mentalitet og integrere det beste av alle løsninger og takket
være Integrert vekst Fakultetet ved Studentenes Innovasjons Universitet kan man lage et slikt ekte reality program ved vårt
konsept. Det koster 12 000 kr for et tv selskap å søke om å få samspille med vårt konsept og dette gir skriftlige utredninger,
bøker og publikasjoner samt en konferanse, eventuelt om ekstrakostnader dekkes foredrag og større konferanse over tid, ekstrakostnader
kan da være timebetaling mer enn 3 timer, annen lokalisering enn for eksempel Trondheim og åpent foredrag, ekstra kostnader
ved valg av sted, for eksempel Brittania hotell, som tidligere har lånt ut konferanse rom til oss. Pengene kan sendes Rajananand

Det slår meg at en som fra kunstnerisk ståsted tegner industribygg
må finne vår logo ekstremt fasinerende, den er grunnkonstruksjon i mange forskjellige konstruksjoner, patenter, skip, fly,
bygg....
Det gikk ikke an å nytte pcen på biblioteket til opplast
av program, men finner vi en avtale for å lære meg 3D finner vi nok en mulighet.

Partisystemets galskap finnes i en diskusjon om tverrfaglighet
med 2 studenter i eksperter i team ved NTNU. Vi diskuterte fagekspertenes korrupte rolle ved ikke å formidle til samfunnet
relevansen av deres fagekspertise, med mindre de blir betalt ved NTNU 2 milliarder hvistnok i året å ha 20 000 studenter som
disipliner som i tillit må lære mer og mer om mindre og mindre og være avhengig av eksperter på topplan får å danne relevante
tverrfaglige utviklinger. Jeg brukte eksempel, jeg søkte å beregne overflaten på en kule, men for å gjøre det må man være
ekspert for å finne formelen, den er ikke lett tilgjengelig, selv om lett en komputerdatabase kunne vist en 3d kule og ved

utbrodere eksempelet men nøyer oss med å poengtere at selv barn kan tegne et hus rett inn på tomta, ganske enkelt fordi computeren
kan presentere alle muligheter for å tegne hus på tomte innen gitte begrensninger som tomt, størrelse, budsjett, reguleringsbestemmelser,
ønsker for rom etc. og ta alle hensyn både skjønnsmessig og praktisk, faktisk bedre enn arkitekten fordi i alle sammenheng
kan man optimalisere nytten og økonomien ved statistiske beregninger relevant for begrensninger ønsket, for eksempel økonomi.
Tegne huset rett inn på tomta i 3d vist sammen med alle hus i området, solas gang i løpet av året og døgnet, ingeniørberegninger
for materialbruk med regnestykke for kostnader i samsvar med tilbud på markedet i dag. En stor robot kunne bygge huset på
en dag eller 2 med, politikere, nyetableringsstøttespillere med mer ignorerer vår innbydelse til samspill om realiseringen
og trolig fordi det er ekstrem korrupsjon på området. Om der var fritt næringsliv ved bygging av egen bolig i samsvar med
§ 101 i Grunnloven uten varige hindringer fra kommunene som ved irrasjonelle rasjonaliseringer totalt hemmer og fordyrer bygging
av bolig, ville det vært rimelig å bygge seg praktvilla, billigere enn en liten blokkleilighet i tettbygd strøk! Ved litt
meditering over disse 2 eksempler og det forhold at enhver anvendelse av kunnskap innebærer tverrfaglighet, eller det faglige
begrepet komparativ forskning studie, vil man se at det er inntresant også for den videre debatt på NTNUs årlige eksperter
i team møte. Det ble nemlig sagt at poenget er å bygge bro mellom eksperter, nemlig at man måtte ta hensyn til ekspertenes
rolle, betale dem, mens tjenerskap er forventet å organisere slik at man ikke merker de er der som ved tilgangen til ekspertise
i eksempelet ikke skal være korrupt organisert, for eksempel ved at man må betale arkitekter kanskje 50 000 kr for å sende
inn byggesøknad, noe som kunne vært automatisk med umiddelbart automatisk svar og aksept, ved komputerprogrammet. Dette gjelder
for all anvendelse av kunnskap ved bygging av kunnskapspyramider, konstruering av det minimum man trenger å vite for å være
på toppen av et problem, ha en relevant optimalisert anvendelse av kunnskap i forhold utfordringen som skal løses. For å bygge
en kunnskaps pyramide skulle man ikke trenge å være ekspert i det hele tatt, eksperter er inhabile og forutinntatte, generelt
snakket for slikt, uten at dette nødvendigvis trenger å være et hinder for deres bruk sin ekspertise i tverrfaglig bygging
av kunnskaps pyramider. Vi har sett hvordan dette har relevans for politikk i Norge, politikeres desintegrering av grunnlovens
verdier for beskyttelse av folks rettigheter, tillates uten spørsmål fra universitetet som mottar 2 milliarder i året og mer!
Å finne løsninger ved administrasjon av landet er organisert
som tverrfaglighet, hvor man unaturlig har definert fagområder ved partidannelser og deres posisjonering i forhold til spørsmål
som radikale målsetninger eller konservative, hvor slike verdier er 2 sider av samme mynt eller et aspekt av problemstilling
hvor verdiene må taes hensyn til uansett hvem som løser dem i mer eller mindre grad. Oftest representerer det at et parti
tar en verdi nedfelt i grunnloven til inntekt for seg og et annet parti et annet aspekt, så gjør de det hele om til et politisk
spørsmål basert på økonomi, sløser bort ressursene på korrupsjon og sier at man ikke kan fullbyrde helt statsansvaret fordi
det ikke er nok til begge deler. Velgeren som deler saksverdier med et parti, for å fremme denne sak ved å stemme på partiet
må samtidig akseptere hele den offentlige korrupsjon som partiet representer, ved å gi penger over statsbudsjettet kjøper
partiene organisert velgere til å god for korrupsjonen. Kjøp og salg av stemmer er ikke lov og Stortingsvalget var derfor
ugyldig, en av et dusin grunner ved et dusin paragrafer i vår Grunnlov.
Ovenstående er kun til debatt og del av en personlig bok
som skrives i forhold til plikter ved utdannelse og representerer ikke stiftelsenes offesielle syn. Stiftelsenes program trancenderer
disse problemstillinger og ved integritet blir det mere å gjøre for fageksperter noen tiår enn uten, for folk flest også om
de ønsker å bidra til biblioteket for enheten av vitenskap.
Man må skille mellom min private og personlige bok og ovenstående
forskning i forhold til våre stiftelser og deres utgangspunkt, som transenderer de problem presentert over og tar ikke stilling
til dem.
The University of the Integrity of the World (UIW)
is a research university focusing on the role of science in verifying knowledge
as within safe limits of application and with obvious important balances of the environment and the health of people. Safety
first for mankind is a most important approach where in the name of science so many wrong things has happened on the cost
of coming generations.
The University was known as The Faculty of Wholeness Norway and with a new
name according to the theme of the year, theme of Universitas Week, The Human Institute of Comparative Research Study of the
Faculty, now, in general given a new name, Integrity Institute of Comparative Research Study. The Year of Global Integrity
establishes a new role for this faculty of wholeness, one of several independent foundation with this name of the enterprise.
The science of wholeness enterprise focusing the scientific approach
to knowledge on science and university function, may be said to be the science about universities. “Universitas”
the Latin root of the word “university” indicates 2 classical values of a university by its meaning “turned
into one whole”, 2 meanings which is like to sides of the same coin or oneness. The first value is action(turned), the
other the product (wholeness). Turning knowledge into a whole is done by the process of integrating knowledge by the scientific
standards and authorities of a university and theoretically by teaching students or by research developing the disciplines
as reference base, and this process leads to the integration of science in society by general knowledge of persons upholding
activity with their
accomplishments of science and new values of science and technology by research
likewise and by more skilled action or better technology, as far as science contribute to positive developments in society.
Unfortunately so much technological development in the name of scientific verification has been isolated growth on the cost
of the whole, owing to lack of the wholeness Universitas represents. Examples may be verifications of cars and standards for
communication, on the cost of the whole with global warming, a cost established around 1997 as “scientific” according
to experts at Oxford university, still with a 50 years perspective of the oceans rising 50 cm, know experts at NASA has concluded
the problem is accelerating and immediate action within the first 10 years is needed, but still they do not know all to calculate
and shift of weather may be giving the north pole periods of serious hot weather for instance. Ozone layer destroyed is another
example, it is about the oxygen balance we can not afford to disturb, either. Both reasons for scientist around the world
and universities as well, to join in the Integrity Network of UIW. After all
knowledge is fundamental for the development of world society and the role of universities is to protect the integrity and
purity, the scientific standards of knowledge, when society adapts to the chances of society and development of science and
knowledge. So the other side of the coin, the Latin root, the value of wholeness, is the qualities of the wholeness, the authority
of science, coming to the process of integrating knowledge in world development on all levels. So the historic meaning of
a university has 2 sides, integration and the integrity of the whole, both coming to internal and external values of a university.
Integration and integrity both is needed to be a university, something more than a specialized school. UIW is a university
representing one of the top levels of the integrity or wholeness of the world and as scholars at Oxford University and NASA
has pointed out is a immediate need and as conclusion a must for universities to share responsibility for. We therefore suggests
that leading scientists and Presidents of universities, take one quarter of the year as President for UIW and administrates
it as an ongoing congress around the world, around the year. We shall be grateful to receive application for the position
as President and vice presidents of the university as well as interest for establishing one such university in each country
including building projects. The science of wholeness enterprise by its many foundations and research universities represents
an invitation to all universities, large organisations and businesses as UN and
governments to establish their own but also independent Integrated Growth Faculty. Such a Peace Faculty with 5 institutes
of comparative research study represents both the growth of a university as well as world development while the process of
integrating the disciplines within one university may this way be in optimum coherence with the global growth of the library
of the unity of science. Groups of persons or students may also apply for establishing a building project for a new faculty,
usually opened by a Universitas Week congress, the week first given in January 1980 by the founder of the enterprise and foundations,
Rajananand Dhananjaya, back then registered as citizen of Norway with the name Stein roar Andersen.
UIW as a research university fulfils the role of a university, by Latin root
universitas, by turning knowledge into one whole in the process of integrating knowledge in society.
A university integrates knowledge
in society by teaching knowledge to others for their integration in action or by supporting this process of integration by
developing or integrating knowledge for the university functioning. “turning into one whole” is a Latin _expression
of the integrity of the world reflected by the root of the word university; universitas! UIW hope to establish a network of
scientists around the world in order to make a map of imbalances to be met and a map of opportunities to fulfil the development
of world society, to best see how to make a good combination for the world to enjoy integrated growth. UIW says, safety first,
safety for one and all, all for one, one for all!
Sanscrit and Latin is mother languages of indoeuropean languages we are told,
and Sanscrit have a word close to the responsibility following the wholeness of a university, the integrity of the process
of integrating knowledge, turning into one whole! Dharma respresents the natural duties comming with a position, the responsibilities
